Chipboard

The chipboard panels are made of wood particles of different sizes joined by synthetic resin under pressure at high temperatures. The production process is done so that the smaller particles remain on the surface of the panel, making it more dense and uniform.

With a smooth and uniform surface, the chipboard is used for both uncoated (raw) and any type of decorative covering or finishing, which make it very versatile with regard to their potential applications.

OSB

The OSB - Oriented Strand Board - panel is made of long wood particles oriented perpendicular. The overlapping of three crossed layers of wood gives it a high stability and resistance, ensuring a high versatility in structural applications, such as walls and ceilings.

OSB also provides a wide range of decorative and furniture options, due to their natural wood pattern and easy varnishing.

Raw

Uncoated chipboard panel. In this category we can distinguish various types:
Standard: uncoated chipboard panel
Moisture Resistant: chipboard with moisture-resistant resins. It is identified by the green pigment.
Fire Retardant: The wood particles are joined together by resins and fire retardant products, and therefore this presents a low degree of flammability. For easy identification, it features a red pigmentation.

Melamine surfaced

Chipboard panel coated with melamine paper. We can distinguish several types:
Standard: chipboard panel coated with melamine paper.
Moisture Resistant: chipboard with moisture-resistant resins coated with melamine. It is identified by the green pigment.
Fire Retardant: chipboard with low degree of flammability, coated with melamine paper. It features a red pigmentation.

Wood veneered

Chipboard panel covered with natural wood veneer of various species. We can distinguish several types:
Standard: chipboard panel coated with wood veneer.
Moisture Resistant: chipboard with moisture-resistant resins coated with natural wood veneer. It is identified by the green pigment.
Fire Retardant: chipboard with low degree of flammability, coated with natural wood veneer. It features a red pigmentation.
